  • IF YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN DAMAGED, PHOTOGRAPH EVIDENCE WILL NEED TO BE SENT TO OUR EMAIL ADDRESS. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PHOTOGRAPHS, WE WILL ISSUE A RETURN LABEL VIA E-MAIL. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED BACK TO OUR FACILITY, WE WILL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT.
  • IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES AND IS AN INCORRECT ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL. ONCE WE VERIFY THAT YOUR ORDER IS INCORRECT, WE WILL ISSUE A RETURN LABEL VIA E-MAIL. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED BACK TO OUR FACILITY, WE WILL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINALH CONDITION, WITHOUT HAVING BEEN WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED, AND WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED
  • CUSTOMISED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
  • ALL ORDERS CAN BE RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS. 
  • ORDERS RETURN COSTS LIE WITH THE CUSTOMER.

IN CASE OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR INCORRECT ORDERS, WE CAN ONLY ISSUE A RETURN LABEL ON DOMESTIC ORDERS. ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS RETURN COSTS LIE WITH THE CUSTOMER.
